Notes & Conditions:

• Check in time is from 14:00 & Check out at 11:00 noon
• Cancellation policy: No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 14 days before confirmed arrival date. Any cancellation made within 14 days before arrival date, results the 100% of the stay. In case of no-show or departure prior to scheduled date, results in 100% charge of the stay.
• Non-Refundable offers are paid-charged immediately (within 1-2 days) uppon booking and cancelation results results in 100% of the stay.
• Reservation confirmation: A credit card authorization is required in order to confirm a reservation and depending of the length of the reservation a 30% of the entire amount of stay.
